8th - 12th: Women in Vajrayana Symposium: Rigpa/online event
Dates for the Symposium on 'Treasuring the Feminine in Vajrayana Buddhism' have now been determined. The symposium will take place from Tuesday, 8th to Saturday, 12th June 2021 from 15.30 to 19.00 CET each day.
We very much hope that these revised timings will allow you to participate!
Please find attached the topics for the different days of the symposium. Is there anything that you are particularly interested in addressing? One thought we've had would be for you to speak about and answer questions on the topic of The Feminine Principle in Vajrayana.
The symposium will be a private gathering of 25 women from across different sanghas. We are currently looking into the list of potential participants, who will then take part in discussion groups. Do you have any suggestions on which members of your sangha you would like to see invited (maximum 2 due to space limitation)?

When we enter the Buddhist path, we hear a lot about “no self”. How do we understand that this self we often struggle with doesn’t exist? The Buddha’s teachings that examine the nature of identity, address this very question. For those no longer interested in hiding from their habitual tendencies, the dharma offers humorous and radical methods for cultivating a healthy sense of wellbeing and an experience of unconditional freedom.
