The first Wilderness Dharma Movement* residential retreat will take place in Crestone, Colorado at the beautiful Blazing Mountain Retreat Center.

The 7 day retreat will be led by Anam Thubten and Elizabeth Mattis Namgyel. They will be teaching a Chöd practice based on their translation of the text “The Loud Laughter of the Dakini” by Jigme Lingpa. They will offer the lung (transmission) of the practice at the retreat.

Each day will include periods of time spent practicing in silence as a group and we will gather for morning and afternoon teachings,  the midday lunch and the evening tsok (feast) practice.

The pre-requisites for this year’s retreat are that applicants must have some experience with Vajrayana teachings and have completed or are presently practicing the preliminary practices of ngondro either with Anam Thubten or Elizabeth Mattis Namgyel or with another Tibetan Buddhist teacher.

Registration will open soon for this retreat and it will be on a first come first served basis. Space is limited so please, do register early.
